オンラインご決済後のキャンセル・日時変更はレッスン開始時間の基本は24時間前まで可能ですが、キャンセル手数料はお客様ご負担となりますのでご了承ください。
特別措置として、
オンラインでキャンセルや日時変更をされる前・尚且つレッスン開始予定時刻までにL.W.M.までメールでご連絡いただけた場合のみ、
キャンセルされるレッスン料金をそのまま次回のレッスン分へと据え置きさせていただくことは可能です。
次回レッスンに据え置きされる場合は、オンラインでの次回ご予約ご決済はされずに、必ず直接ご希望日時をメールでL.W.M.へご連絡ください。
なお、レッスン開始時間を過ぎた後のキャンセルや日時変更につきましては、いずれの場合も全額 返金不可 となりますのでご注意ください。

① Devices include desktop computers, laptops, smartphones, tablets, etc.
(Using two devices is recommended; one of them should preferably be connected via wired LAN.)
② Online tools used: Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.
(We can also discuss alternative online tools if you prefer.)
・For optimal audio and video stability, we recommend using a PC that can connect via a wired LAN.

To ensure you can continue your lessons, we recommend using two types of devices and online tools.
・You may also be asked to view materials and notes from us,
Tablets and laptops that can be placed on a music stand for easier viewing are also recommended.
*Other methods are also possible, and due to various environmental differences, it's not always possible to say definitively that one method is the best.
